Lasting Powers of Attorney let you choose people you trust to make decisions about your property and finances, and your health and welfare, if circumstances require it.
Without the right arrangements, your family could face a difficult, expensive and time-consuming Court of Protection application.

Sometimes an ordinary Will isn’t enough to achieve what you want.
Perhaps you’re concerned about children from an earlier relationship, a vulnerable beneficiary, a second marriage or protecting your share of the family home.
Trusts can be useful, but they aren’t right for everyone. Some are expensive, complicated or simply unnecessary.
I’ll help you understand the options, including their limitations, so you can make an informed decision.
